• Product Range: We offer a curated collection including Bridal Gowns, Evening Gowns (A-Line, Fitted, Beaded, Glitter, etc.), Dresses, Jumpsuits, Skirts, Tops, and select Accessories like Earrings.
• Craftsmanship: Many of our garments feature intricate detailing such as beadwork, feathers, and 3D floral appliqués. These elements are delicate and require special care.
• Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, photography lighting, or individual material dye lots.
• Availability: All items are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we dispatch the goods to you.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your card will be charged at the time your order is processed. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders where an error is found.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We serve a global clientele, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items or peak seasons may require additional time.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for all orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery & Customs: Delivery timelines are estimates from the dispatch date. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unaltered, in pristine condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Process: You must contact Customer Care at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
• Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the credit.
