Our Policy In Essence

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please Note: Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our most delicate creations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings & Accessories (for intimate wear and hygiene reasons).
  • Any Beaded Gowns, Glitter Gowns, or items with intricate Feathers or 3D Floral detailing that show any sign of handling or wear.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” during promotional events.

*This policy is in place to protect the exquisite craftsmanship of our delicate pieces, much like the meticulous care we apply to every bead and sequin.

The Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps to ensure a seamless experience:

  1. Submit Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and details. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your item(s) back to us. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and protective covers. Please use a trackable and insured shipping service (we recommend DHL or FedEx) to our address:

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error or a defective item.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. Once approved, we will promptly process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timeline & Method

Your refund is treated with the priority of a new order. Once your return is approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the completion of our inspection.
  • Method: The refund will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item via your preferred shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) once the return is approved. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, new shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to a fault on our part.
